Yes, they're GlutenFree. No, you won't believe it.

First of all I could not believe that these cookies were gluten free! Perfect combination of soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. My kids are obsessed with them. Our favourite is the double chocolate fudge!

God I wish I could give these people more than five stars, they deserve it!! They have worked so hard to make people like me with very severe Celiac Disease the possibility to eat AMAZING cookies. They don’t crumble, they are the perfect amount of soft and chewy, and they have frozen tubes of their cookies so you can bake them and eat them fresh out the oven which you don’t get to experience very often. These people are the absolute sweetest and when you need a cookie order from Impossibly Gluten Free. *Chefs Kiss* is an understatement 100%. Thank you Impossibly Gluten Free for the best cookies ever!!!! They also have super cool cookie butter which is like Nutella or peanut butter and it’s sooooo good!!

These cookies are so good, I can’t even tell they’re gluten free. So far, my favourite is the double chocolate and I can’t wait to try more!

I was at the Norwood Park Fest when I came across your booth figuring I'd get a treat for my gluten intolerant friend... after sampling the double chocolate fudge I was Hooked!!! How could gluten free be sooo amazingly scrumptious?! I ended up buying for myself as well... I just hope I won't end up devouring the ones I got for my friend!

Bought three cookies at the farmers market randomly today and tried them later at home and they were surprisingly better than expected. They taste better than regular cookies. The brown butter chocolate chip and the salted brown sugar were my favorite.
